RiverStone Health provides affordable and quality care to Yellowstone County and south-central Montana. For more than 40 years, RiverStone Health has provided personal and public health services while striving to build a connection with every patient, customer, and client.
It was vital to convey a double message: To emphasize that the patient comes first, always; and that RiverStone Health has the expertise, skill, competency, and care to treat any patient. What it comes down to is what the patient needs to hear from their provider - They will be heard and then cared for by professionals. I created the Your/Our campaign signals the beginning of a transparent and fulfilling relationship between patient and provider. I focused on a simple headline that conveyed the sincere sentiment, accompanied with an image that showed a comfortable atmosphere for each of the service branches.
Additional Design Processes
There were several issues to address with this rebrand. Previous brand standards had grown confusing over the years, with outdated graphics and jumbled text regulations. This classic case of cluttered creative has a simple solution. Literally. I phased out the dated gradient elements and paired it down to their main element: The Wave.
I also updated the typography to two legible fonts, selected on-brand photography, and worked on the various branch body copy. This minimal look relieved the clutter of previous ads by boosting photography and emphasized their message of patient focused healthcare. We then took these brand standards and applied them across all print materials and collateral materials.
Our video campaign utilized an editing style called parallax, which uses multiple layers of a still images to move across each other. This mimics movement while simply being one image. The campaign used the same images seen in the print campaign to further solidify the message and brand style.
